A 5-year-old Texas bourbon built on a high-rye mashbill of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley. 100 proof. Non-chill filtered. What changes is the finish and the finish changes everything.

PORTO | 10Y/LBV Blended Port Casks

The story: Our Porto finish is made by macerating secondary barrels with a blend of 10-year and Late Bottled Vintage port wine from the same Quinta. The result is decadence without arrogance — a brooding, fruit-forward bourbon with the rye backbone providing a robust close of allspice, cinnamon, and clove. Inspired by long, slow evenings and conversations worth having.

SHERRY | Spanish Sherry Casks — Fino, Manzanilla & Cream Blend

A bourbon that comforts and surprises in equal measure.

Nose: Toasted hazelnut, candied orange peel, aged maple syrup, warm glazed pastry

Palate: Silky salted caramel, butterscotch, roasted almonds, warming baking spice

Finish: Long and savory — dried fruit, lingering caramel, a trail of tobacco smoke

The story: Our Sherry finish uses a blend of Fino, Manzanilla, and Cream Sherries to macerate the secondary barrels — bringing a new dimension of warmth and complexity to the bourbon. Born from the pages of memory and tradition, this expression honors communal tables and the discipline of craftsmanship. The rye mash bill rises at the back with signature allspice, cinnamon, and clove, grounding the elegance with intention.

CÔTES DU RHÔNE | French Rhône Red Wine Casks

The story: The Rhône finish is made by macerating secondary barrels with a bold blend of Côtes du Rhône red wines, pulling a deep garnet hue and terroir-driven complexity into the bourbon. Savory and bold where other finishes are sweet and soft — this is the adventurer's expression. BIRNE | Black Forest Pear Brandy Casks

Finish: Delicate and elegant — soft fruit, creamy vanilla, a late rise of warming clove

The story: Our Birne finish is made by macerating secondary barrels with a German Black Forest eau-de-vie pear brandy — our most aromatic and delicate expression. Where other finishes go deep and dark, Birne goes bright and airy. The rye mash bill rises late, adding allspice, cinnamon, and clove to a crisp, clean close. Watch the label — subtle detailing distinguishes a fresh eau-de-vie barrel from one aged in-house before finishing. Each tells a slightly different story.

CALVADOS | Single Estate VSOP/XO Blended French Calvados Casks

The story: Our Calvados finish uses single-estate VSOP and XO Calvados to macerate the secondary barrels — infusing airy white flesh fruit, warm vanilla, and butterscotch into the bourbon's foundation. The rye mash bill heats the apples and transforms every sip into something that feels like a baked apple pie laced with clove and cinnamon. Crisp and full of promise.
